Refund policy
Refund of Order
For delivered orders, Shalimar.co.in will offer a refund of product value in case of manufacturing defect or damage due to transit or wrong product received. Decision of Shalimar.co.in is final and binding in this matter. Charges incurred in the order (shipping fee/ packaging charge/cash on delivery charge/bank charge) do not qualify for refunds.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled. In case of customized products, no cancellations are allowed once the ordered item has been taken up for production. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shalimar.co.in and accepts Shalimar.co.in decision regarding the cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Shalimar.co.in be liable for any lost profits or special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses in connection with this agreement, even if shalimar.co.in has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
Return / Replacement:
Considering the nature of products that are on offer on the website, Shalimar.co.in does not offer return of the products once the order is accepted via e mail to your valid e mail Id
Shalimar.co.in offers you a replacement of goods purchased on Shalimar.co.in which means that you can ask for replacement of the product/s subject to following terms and conditions:
1. You can ask for replacement of product/s within 15 days of product delivery to you in case of any defect found in the product and the same product/s will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product/s. Photos / Videos will need to be provided of the said defects
2. Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by Shalimar.co.in ONLY.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Disclaimer: "Any decision on replacement on the product/s sold by Shalimar.co.in is at the sole discretion of Shalimar.co.in and decision of Shalimar.co.in shall be final and binding. Shalimar.co.in reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature."

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
