- As Per Section 194R of Income Tax Act, TDS is Applicable to the Receiver of the Gift Items. 10% TDS Deduction is Mandatory if the Article Value is Above Rs 20,000 and PAN Card of the Individual or the Firm to Whom GST Invoice is Raised is Must to Settle the Gift Article. TDS Value will be Deducted from your Account. TDS Certificate will be Provided for Claiming the Same from Income Tax Department.
